Ring size chart and conversion guide

Use this chart to convert ring sizes between Spain (ES), Europe (EU) and the United States (US). You can measure either the inside diameter of a ring that already fits or the circumference around your finger. The table includes millimetres and inches so you can match the measurement you have.

1. Choose a ring that fits well: use one worn on the same finger where you want to wear the new ring.
2. Measure the inside diameter: place a ruler across the centre and measure from inner edge to inner edge in millimetres.
3. Or measure finger circumference: wrap a narrow strip of paper or non-stretch string around the finger, mark where it overlaps and measure the length.
4. Use the chart: match your measurement to the nearest ES, EU and US size.
5. Consider ring width: for a very wide ring, a slightly larger size may feel more comfortable.
