Exchanges and returns

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request an exchange or return. Email info@oshunjewel.com with your name, order number and what you would like to do, and we’ll explain the next steps.

Exchanges can be for the same product, a higher-value product by paying the difference, or a lower-value product with a refund of the difference. Original shipping costs are not refunded, and we cannot accept returns of products that have already been used.

If your order included a discount, the refund is calculated on the amount you paid, not the original price.

From the second exchange on the same order, shipping costs are your responsibility. After 30 days there is a margin up to 45 days, assessed case by case according to the condition of the product.

If you receive something defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo. In that case we cover everything: exchange, return or full refund, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.
