RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Right of withdrawal.
The consumer and user will have the right to cancel the order placed remotely without giving any reason, during a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the correct receipt of the product. The consumer and user may send the entire order or, if he/she prefers, may send any of the products that make up the total order and, all without penalty and without giving any reason.
The consumer and user must bear the direct cost of the return to OSHUN, whether he/she returns the entire order or decides to return only some of the products in the order.
To formalize the return, you must contact OSHUN at www.oshunjewel.com. Upon receipt of such communication, OSHUN will indicate how to send the order to its offices or warehouses.
The consumer and user should send the product to the following OSHUN offices/warehouses:

OSHUN is not responsible for the courier company that the consumer and user hires to return the order. In this regard, OSHUN recommends that the consumer and user demand that the courier company provide proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product at OSHUN's offices, so that the consumer and user has proof that the product has been correctly delivered to OSHUN. OSHUN is not responsible for the address where the consumer and user sends the order for return if it is different from those indicated. OSHUN may ask the consumer and user to send said proof of delivery in order to verify the delivery.
The costs of returning the order (such as, for example, shipping costs through courier companies) shall be borne directly by the consumer and user.
The product must be in perfect condition and with all its labels, packaging and, if applicable, original documentation and accessories that came with it. If this is not done by the consumer and user or if the product has suffered any damage, the consumer and user accepts that the product may suffer a depreciation or that OSHUN may refuse the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer and user.
Once OSHUN verifies that the order is in good condition, OSHUN will proceed to refund the full amount paid by the consumer and user.
If the consumer and user decides to return the order in full, OSHUN will refund the consumer and user the full amount paid by the consumer and user (including the shipping costs related to OSHUN's delivery to the consumer and user).
If the consumer and user only wishes to return one or some of the products that were part of the order, OSHUN will not be able to refund the shipping costs that the consumer and user has paid for the entire order.
OSHUN informs consumers and users that the time period for the refund of amounts paid will depend on the method of payment used by the consumer and user when purchasing the product:
- If the User has paid by credit/debit card, OSHUN will refund the amount paid within fourteen (14) calendar days after the consumer and user decided to terminate the contract.
- If the consumer and user has paid by PAYPAL, OSHUN will refund the amount paid within twenty-four (24)-forty-eight (48) business hours after the consumer and user decided to terminate the contract.
In any case, OSHUN will refund the amounts paid as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which the consumer and user has informed of his or her decision to withdraw from the contract.
In the case of promotions applicable to the purchase of independent items that include the addition of an additional product, being by way of example, but not limited to, promotions 2x1, 3x2 or any other that involves the delivery of an extra product for free or at a reduced price, if the consumer and user decides to apply his right of withdrawal on his purchase, such right shall apply to the set of products provided as part of the promotion.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the case of products made according to User specifications or clearly personalized, in accordance with the case established in Article 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. So it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal as the Replacement Jewelry is constituted as a good made according to the specifications of the User.
Product Exchange Policy
OSHUN does not allow the exchange of a product purchased by the consumer and User for another product offered on the Web Site.
In the event that the User wishes to exchange a product, he/she must exercise his/her right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of the preceding clause and subsequently purchase the new product he/she wishes.

Returns due to manufacturing defects.
All products offered are original products, with manufacturer's warranty and without any defect, with their legally recognized warranty periods.
The consumer and user may return to OSHUN, free of charge, any product that is defective or does not conform to the description made during a period of three (3) years from the date on which the product was received. If the defect becomes apparent more than two (2) years after delivery of the product after purchase, the User must prove to the manufacturer or seller that the fault, defect or non-conformity already existed when the product was delivered. The consumer must inform OSHUN through the CONTACT channel provided for this purpose, indicating the defective product or products, attaching photographs and other evidence that demonstrate the defects or lack of conformity of the products, as well as a detailed list of the defects found, the purchase order and any other additional documentation that makes it possible to identify the purchase made by the consumer and user.
Once OSHUN has received the communication from the consumer and user and has analyzed the incident through its Quality Department, it will inform the consumer and user as soon as possible whether or not to return the product, taking into account objectively the nature of the product or the nature of the alleged lack of conformity or defect. In the event that the return is appropriate, OSHUN will indicate to the consumer and user how to send the defective product to its warehouses. The address of these warehouses shall be as follows:
However, OSHUN will not, under any circumstances, be responsible for products that are returned without having been returned by the consumer and user in accordance with the process detailed above.
Each product to be returned must be unused or, in the event that the defect is found after normal, everyday use, in the best possible condition, and must be returned with all its labels, packaging and, where appropriate, documentation and original accessories that came with it. If the consumer and user does not proceed in this way, OSHUN and, in particular, its Quality Department, will have to objectively evaluate the incident and determine whether the product is defective according to its nature and the nature of the alleged lack of conformity or defect.
If the product does not conform to the contract, the User may choose between demanding repair or replacement of the product, unless one of these two options is objectively impossible or disproportionate. As soon as the User informs OSHUN of the option chosen, both parties shall abide by it. In the event of opting for repair, if, once the repair has been completed and the product delivered, it is still not in conformity with the contract, the User may demand the replacement of the product, unless this option is disproportionate, in which case the price reduction or termination of the contract shall be applied at the choice of the consumer.
OSHUN informs the consumer and user that, due to the characteristics of the products, it will generally not be possible to repair them because it would be disproportionate. In the event that, due to the characteristics of the specific product and the defect, repair is possible, the consumer and user will be expressly informed of this circumstance, giving him/her the possibility of choosing between replacement or repair.
In line with the above, the consumer and user may replace the defective product with another of identical characteristics, without incurring any cost to replace the product. If it is not possible to replace the defective product with another of identical characteristics, the consumer and user will be offered the possibility of choosing a new similar model.
The delivery of the product of identical characteristics or the new model chosen by the consumer and user, as applicable, will be made within three (3) to five (5) working days from the date on which OSHUN confirms to the consumer and user the replacement of the defective product or the delivery of the new model.
In the event that the repair of the product could not be carried out and that the replacement of the product is not in accordance with the contract, the consumer and user may choose to terminate the contract.
