To manage exchanges or returns, contact us at and provide us with the following information:

- The reason for the return or exchange.
- Which item you want to return or exchange.
- The solution you prefer.
- Your full name, purchase email, or order number.

More details about our policy:

- If you want to add something else to your order when making a change, indicate it in the same email.
- Shipments of changes will be made to the same address as the original order.
- Options for exchanges: the same item, one of higher value with the difference paid, or one of lower value with the difference refunded after receiving the product.
- Only the cost of the product will be refunded, not shipping costs.
- We do not accept exchanges or returns of used products.
- In orders with promotions or discounts, the refund will be proportional to the discount applied.
- The customer will assume the exchange/return costs if:
- A previous exchange or return has already been made on that order.
- It is requested outside the 30 days allowed (up to a maximum of 45 days after status verification).
